Dan Nimon has worked in the healthcare field for approximately 30 years and has been a Licensed Nursing Administrator for 25 of those years. He currently operates the health care center of a large CCRC in Virginia with 95 nursing beds, 14 memory care beds and 81 assisted living units. During his 25 year career, Mr. Nimon has served in a variety of administrative positions in both proprietary and non-proprietary senior service organizations. Mr. Nimon uses his many years of practical, hands-on experience to assist CDS clients in optimizing health care revenue and to develop management systems that control expenses in this volatile healthcare environment. Mr. Nimon specializes in staffing, scheduling and assisting clients with optimization of healthcare services, including the proprietary CDS Resident Centered Staffing™ model which uses 12-hour shifts to achieve better quality outcomes, resident and family satisfaction and cost efficiency. Mr. Nimon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Virginia. He has also held licenses in Maine, Pennsylvania and Delaware. |
