Ms. Lampe, owner and principal consultant of Lampe Consulting LLC, has over 20 years of experience in the Senior Living and Finance industries, including health care, long-term care, and management companies. She specializes in providing interim financial support services, including cash management and operational improvement plans, to maximize liquidity and net operating margins. Ms. Lampe is skilled at creating rolling 13-week cash-flow forecasts and implementing cash management processes, and creating financial projections inclusive of improvement plans to restructure debt covenants. She provides internal reports for benchmarking performance and external reporting for stakeholder parties. Her experience as a Chief Financial Officer for multi-site CCRCs and with a “big four” public accounting firm gives her a uniquely blended skill set to create strategic initiatives that support business enterprises.

Ms. Lampe serves as a financial consultant to CDS and specializes in financial modeling and analysis. She is a frequent speaker at national conferences and workshops and served for 10 years on the Financial Advisory Panel for CARF/CCAC. She is a Certified Public Accountant with active licenses in Virginia and Ohio, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.
