Kathie Harris of K Harris Consulting LLC has over 20 years of experience consulting with Senior Living organizations. Ms. Harris has worked with more than 150 CCRCs to evaluate financial and actuarial conditions and to provide education to Board members, management, and residents. She has developed computerized benchmarking tools and performed benchmarking analysis and operational reviews for CCRCs across the country. Ms. Harris serves as financial consultant to CDS and specializes in analysis of administrative departments and operational processes. Ms. Harris is the author of numerous industry articles and is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences on actuarial, financial, strategic and operational issues. From 1997 to 2003, Ms. Harris served as a member of the Financial Advisory Panel of CARF/CCAC. Ms. Harris has a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas and a BS in Business Economics from Rockhurst University.
