CDS offers consulting services to CCRC clients to improve their financial reporting practices. Services include: determining key information needed to operate a successful community; identifying the sources of the information; and developing formats to deliver the information on a timely basis. Performance Optimizing Pay™ Performance Optimizing Pay™ is CDS’ proprietary model for a pay-for-performance wage structure and bonus system. Performance Optimizing Pay™ includes periodic adjustments to wages, regular performance evaluations, and a bonus structure after 18 months of service. CDS provides tools for communities to evaluate and implement Performance Optimizing Pay™. 13-Week Cash Flow Forecasting CDS works with Lampe Consulting LLC to develop rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts and analyze liquidity runways for organizations challenged by debt covenant violations. Ms. Lampe specializes in providing cash management procedures and implementing operational improvement plans to maximize liquidity and net operating margins. She is skilled at creating 13-week rolling cash-flow forecasts and building financial projections, inclusive of improvement plans, to restructure debt covenants. Ms. Lampe’s experience as a Chief Financial Officer from two multi-site CCRCs gives her the unique level of expertise to analyze individual business situations and design tailored solutions. Her initial work will include an evaluation of existing debt covenants, review of the organization’s current cost structure, and analysis of existing cash management processes. CDS and Lampe Consulting assists organizations to (1) assess the current liquidity needs for the community; (2) educate management and the Board of Directors on the liquidity runway; (3) evaluate the recommendations and outcomes to develop a strategic plan; and (4) create a rolling 13-week cash flow model template for the organization to use as part of an ongoing management tool.
