CDS has worked with several clients to enhance leadership's knowledge of the CCRC industry. Services include coaching, review of financial statements, assistance with debt service covenant requirements and other special projects and typically include a commitment from CDS of 6 to 10 days per year on site and 4 to 8 hours per month phone consultation. Management support services are provided on a monthly retainer basis and typically are for periods of six months to two years, but can be customized to suit management's needs. |
