CDS has conducted over 100 operational reviews of CCRCs and Senior Living organizations. The CDS review team has a unique combination of experience that no other consulting team can match. Our consultants have over 100 years of combined experience in operations, finance, benchmarking and data analysis in the Senior Living industry. We understand the challenges faced by provider organizations under these difficult economic conditions, and are prepared to work together with management to identify operational and financial performance improvements and potential new revenue growth opportunities.
A comprehensive Operations Review includes:
- Three to five day campus visit
- Interviews with key management and staff
- Analysis of staffing, financial, and operational data
- Focused review of assisted living and nursing care centers, including observation of all aspects of the operations and a detailed review of staff schedules.
As part of the Operations Review, CDS will:
- Provide general recommendations for staffing, cost containment, and revenue enhancement based on the review of operations and the analysis of data provided by management;
- Review current data reporting systems and provide recommendations for operational and financial improvement;
- Review the current organizational structure and provide recommendations to the Board and management for suggested changes/improvements;
- Provide a written report of findings and recommendations; and
- Present our findings and recommendations to the Board.
