As the former Vice President of Elder Services for a major health system, CDS President, Dan Gray, developed a “life care at home” program in Tennessee targeted at adult aged 55 and older who wanted the experience of a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in their own homes. Today, that program provides support to over 200 adults that allow them to remain in their own homes.
