In 2002, after a long career in senior living, Dan Gray, President established Continuum Development Services (“CDS”), a member of LeadingAge and the National PACE Association.  Since inception, CDS has worked with more than 150 organizations as well as industry bankers, underwriters, investors, accountants, and consultants in the senior living industry.  In 2011, CDS was a member of the team that received the M&A Advisor Award for Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year (Lower Middle Market).
