Mike Snow serves as a Senior Consultant for CDS, where he provides consulting services for health care and senior service organizations, including PACE programs (Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).  Mike has over 30 years of executive experience in leading and managing healthcare and non-profit organizations at both the national and local level with a concentration on developing programs and supporting operations.

Prior to creating his own consulting practice, Mr. Snow was the Director of Operations for Trinity Health, one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery systems in the nation. This program is nationally recognized providing comprehensive medical, health, recreational, and social services that are designated specifically for each person to promote independence at home.

Mr. Snow also served as the Vice President of Operations for Volunteers of America, a nationally recognized charity of service, including housing and healthcare, touching the lives of 1.5 million people in over 400 communities in 46 states.  VOA supports and empowers the most vulnerable groups, including veterans, at risk youth, the frail elderly, homeless, and people with disabilities.  As part of Mr. Snow’s responsibilities, he led initiatives to develop and operate numerous programs that helped frail elderly maintain Independence in their homes.
