Rob Rouse

Rob Rouse serves as a Senior Consultant for CDS, where he is part of the operational review team.  Mr. Rouse has a senior living background that spans over 35 years and include CEO, executive director, marketing and facility development and administrator roles.  During his career, Rob has managed both single-site and multi-site campuses in both start-up and transformation situations.  His most recent role was ED of an Alabama single site campus where he guided the organization through its sale to a large multi-site senior living organization.  In 2004, Mr. Rouse became a certified nursing assistant to better understand the challenges of the position.

Mr. Rouse holds an Executive Juris Doctor degree from Concord Law School, Purdue University Global, a Master of Administration degree from Lynchburg College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Old Dominion University.  Rob has been previously licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio and Virginia.  He has served on the Board of Directors in various capacities for Ohio and Alabama LeadingAge chapters and was a site evaluator for the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities-Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC).  Contact information:  (251) 370-7166;
